Processing Time

Orders are lovingly prepared and processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Because many of our pieces are hand-painted or made to order, please allow a little extra time during peak seasons and around holidays — we'll always do our best to keep you updated.

We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over $200.00. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your gift's journey to your door.

Care for Fragile & Handcrafted Items

Each shell, ceramic, and glass piece is packed with extra padding and care to arrive just as beautiful as it left our hands. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
